A high quality formulation for use as a cold-applied bonding agent for SBS modified bitumen roof system. Heavy, ‘trowel-grade’ consistency which makes it ideal for flashing details, attachment of membrane to steep slopes and parapet walls, and a variety of waterproofing repairs. Its flexibility and elasticity make it superior to standard plastic and flashing cements especially where there are moving joints.

  • Sealing laps and perimeter edges of SBS modified bitumen membranes
  • May be used as a topical application on smooth or granular APP products for roofing repair only
  • Used for installing metal edge flanges, sealing gutter seams, air conditioning ducts and other metal joints
  • Heavy trowel-grade consistency
  • Non-destructive to conventional asphalt based roofing membranes
  • 100% recycled cellulose fibers
  • DO NOT USE with PVC, TPO, EPDM or other single-ply membranes
  • NOT TO BE USED to adhere APP membranes
  • Do not store at temperatures below 45°F or in excess of 120°F
  • Meets Miami-Dade-County Standards
