311 Non-Fibrated Emulsion Roof Coating

An asphalt-based, clay emulsion roof coating that can be used as a protective coating over smooth surfaced asphalt built-up and modified bitumen membranes. Can also be used as a base coat for reflective coatings. This product does not flow when applied in thick coatings. After drying, stays in place even when exposed to elevated temperatures.
