Seal-Fast Repair Hero is a solvent-based, fiber-reinforced terpolymer sealant intended for the repair of asphalt, modified bitumen, metal, Kynar®, concrete, TPO, PVC, Elvaloy®/PVC, Hypalon® (CSPE), PIB and EPDM roofs.

Ideal maintenance and repair product for all roofs in all weather

  • Extremely strong and elastic with high elongation and tensile strength to ensure performance under conditions that may cause asphalt-based cements to fail.
  • Can be applied to wet/dry surfaces and installed underwater.
  • VOC compliant in all states including California.

Repair Hero does not require stirring or mixing before use. Repair Hero does not skin over or separate in the can after opening.
Repair Hero is approved for use over TPO, PVC, KEE, Hypalon® and EPDM single-ply membranes. On EPDM membranes Repair Hero may cause some swelling.
Repair Hero can be used on wet surfaces and under water. When applying over wet surfaces, additional pressure is required to displace water. Surfaces can be wet but they must be clean.
Repair Hero has a two-year shelf life. However, if sealed and stored properly, Repair Hero can remain useable beyond two years.
Repair Hero is currently available in White, Black and Gray. Repair Hero is packaged in one- and three-gallon pails. The three-gallon pail is completely filled unlike some of the competition.
The surface must be clean and sound. No primer is required. Apply with a trowel.
Repair Hero may be applied in all weather conditions. In colder weather, Repair Hero should be kept warm before use.
Repair Hero has excellent adhesion to Kynar-coated materials.
Repair Hero is a fibrated product, but fabric can be embedded in the surface to provide additional reinforcement.
